1. Non-Physical Charitable Services Declaration

Shri Shyam Gau Seva Sansthan is a registered non-profit charitable cow welfare organization operating in Maihar, Madhya Pradesh.

We do not sell commercial products, retail items, or physical merchandise through our website. All financial payments processed through our payment gateway represent voluntary donations intended exclusively for the feeding, shelter maintenance, and veterinary healthcare of sheltered cows.

Consequently, no physical goods or tangible items are shipped, dispatched, or delivered to donors' physical addresses.

2. Digital Receipt Fulfillment & Delivery

Upon successful payment authorization via our secure payment gateway (Razorpay), our service fulfillment takes place instantaneously in electronic format:

• Immediate On-Screen Digital Receipt: You are automatically redirected to our official electronic receipt page (/payment-success) where a comprehensive, authenticated donation receipt featuring the unique Receipt ID, transaction reference, donor details, and amount is generated instantly.
• Print & PDF Download: The digital receipt page includes a 1-click printable layout specifically optimized for standard A4 paper or saving directly as a digital PDF document.
• SMS & Email Confirmation: An automated digital payment confirmation slip containing the Razorpay Payment ID, amount, and date is transmitted immediately to your registered mobile number and email address by the payment gateway.
• WhatsApp Delivery: Donors can also click the Share on WhatsApp button to transmit their receipt details to our sanctuary helpline (+91 94240 18066) for personal acknowledgment by our gaushala administration.

3. Non-Delivery or Delayed Confirmation Assistance

In rare situations where a payment was debited from your bank account but you did not receive a confirmation due to internet disconnection, SMS gateway delays, or browser crashes:

1. Please do not make a second payment immediately.
2. Check your email spam/junk folder for confirmation messages from Razorpay.

4. Our support team will promptly verify the payment record on our merchant portal and issue a duplicate official digital receipt within 2 to 4 business hours.
