1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the official website of Shri Shyam Gau Seva Sansthan ("the Trust", "we", "us", or "our"), an Indian non-profit charitable cow welfare organization operating in Maihar, Madhya Pradesh.

By accessing our website (shrishyamgausevasansthan.org), browsing its content, registering as a volunteer, or making an online donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or payment facilities.

2. Charitable Nature of Contributions

All contributions made through this website are voluntary charitable donations dedicated entirely to our non-profit mission of:

• Procuring daily wholesome green fodder (हरा चारा), dry cattle feed (भूसा), and high-nutrition oil cakes for sheltered cows.
• Providing emergency trauma rescue, ambulance transport, and veterinary surgeries for injured or sick cattle.
• Constructing and maintaining secure weather-resistant sheds, hygienic drinking troughs, and sanitization facilities.
• Conducting educational awareness and social empowerment programs in the local Maihar community.

Non-Commercial Nature: Donating does not constitute a purchase of commercial goods, merchandise, or services. No tangible commercial goods or financial dividends are transferred to the donor in exchange for donations.

3. Recurring Monthly Seva Mandates (e-Mandates)

Donors who choose the Monthly Recurring Seva option explicitly authorize an automated recurring deduction via Razorpay Subscriptions (e-Mandate / UPI Autopay / Standing Instruction on Cards):

• Billing Cycle: Recurring charges will be billed monthly on the specified billing date corresponding to the initial transaction date.
• Pre-Debit Notifications: As per Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations, you will receive an advance notification via SMS/Email from your bank and Razorpay prior to recurring debits.
• Freedom to Cancel: You may cancel or pause your monthly recurring donation at any time without any cancellation fees, penalties, or questions asked. You can cancel directly by:
  1. Messaging our helpline via WhatsApp or calling +91 94240 18066.
  2. Sending an email with your donor name and phone number to shrishyamgausevasansthan@gmail.com.
  3. Managing or canceling the mandate directly within your bank's UPI app (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, or Netbanking mandate settings).

4. Accuracy of Donor Information & Digital Receipts

Donors are responsible for entering accurate information (full name, 10-digit mobile number, and valid email address). The electronic donation receipt generated immediately upon payment completion relies on this data. We cannot be held liable for delayed or undelivered SMS/Email confirmations resulting from incorrect contact details entered by the user.

5. Integrated Payment Gateway & Security

Online payments are handled via Razorpay Software Private Limited. Shri Shyam Gau Seva Sansthan does not store card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking passwords. While we implement bank-grade 256-bit encryption on our website, the Trust shall not be held liable for payment gateway interruptions, bank server downtime, or external network connection failures beyond our direct operational control.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including the Shri Shyam Gau Seva Sansthan name, logo, graphic emblems, visual designs, photographs of cows and gaushala activities, text copy, and custom code—is the intellectual property of the Trust. Unauthorized duplication, modification, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Shri Shyam Gau Seva Sansthan and its managing trustees, officers, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this website.

8. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from or related to website usage or donations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Maihar / Satna District, Madhya Pradesh.
